Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
& Movement
Hi, I'm Freya
And this is n of three, the home of self-focused wellness.
In research design ‘N’ refers to sample size. The study of a specific individual as a case study is called ‘N of 1’. The purpose of an ‘N of 1’ research is to study an individual, allowing for a personalised, in-depth understanding and treatment plan.

I created n of three because I believe we should study our three aspects of ourselves, our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

And I believe that therapy and movement are the way to do so.

I believe that through studying ourselves, we can lovingly experiment to find what works for us and become who we want to be, creating self-focused wellness.

Self-focused wellness is the practice of turning inwards and acting as an authority on one's own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, to cultivate a sense of self that we are proud of.

This approach encourages individuals to profoundly understand and respond to their unique needs and preferences, rather than being swept away by fads and prescriptive wellness trends.

By becoming an expert on ourselves, we can make informed decisions that enhance our wellbeing.

Self-focused wellness advocates that the best path to overall health is one that is personalised and attuned to the individual.

& Evidence-Based
At n of three, our approach to wellness is evidence-based, being rooted in both academic rigour and a deep commitment to personal growth. Freya, n of three founder, holds a Level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, awarded by the government-regulated NCFE and recognised by the British Psychological Society.

Freya’s journey began with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Maastricht, where her interdisciplinary studies in social sciences and humanities laid a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of human behaviour. Her dedication to learning was further demonstrated during her semester at UCLA, where she earned a place on the Dean’s Honors List. This academic journey culminated in an MA from UCL's Centre for Multidisciplinary and Intercultural Inquiry, where she honed her skills in critical analysis and cross-cultural understanding—essential tools in her therapeutic practice.

Complementing her academic achievements is a profound passion for movement, evidenced by her 500-hour yoga teacher training. This training informs the integration of physical movement into the "n of three" approach, resulting in some wellness solutions being as dynamic as they are thoughtful.
